At the same time I am writing this to help you, I am also trying to help myself.
I am tired of consuming content, and I suppose you are also tired. My email is full, I have a lot of readings to do, and I have to manage my time and energy to filter and consume everything. It has been years since I started to unsubscribe from emails, and I still receive a lot of things I do not want to receive.
All this to say: some people are trying to create content, and they keep being obvious, so maybe I am being obvious for you, too! I always try to bring content that is not obvious because I know YOU HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. You have limited time and energy to consume content, and if my content is obvious, you will not benefit from it, and my main mission will not be accomplished.
Before I offer a gift to you, I have some questions:
Is my content obvious?
Is my content helping you?
How can I help you even more with content creation?
Now comes the part that I want to not be obvious by sending this:
I want to teach SOFT SKILLS, I have a training that I did in the past that helped six people, and I want to launch the second class with updated content that I learned in my last months. My gift for you is that if you answer this email, I will consider you for free in the second class.
So here is the official announcement: I will offer a FREE CLASS of Soft Skills in Portuguese for the people who are subscribed to Tech & Accent! All you need to do is reply to this email, answer the three questions above, and add that you want to be part of the free class. This is the gift for you. Also, I want this gift to make this newsletter not obvious.
The course is on 23rd March 2024 from 2 pm to 4 pm Brasilia Time. I am doing this by heart, I really don’t want to receive anything back. This is not part of any sales strategy; it is just an intuitive strategy that came from my heart to help the 504 people who are walking the same path I am in this newsletter.
Ok, now talking about content. How can this content that I just wrote help you in your career journey?
Make the same questions I made. Are you being obvious?
Are you being obvious at your work?
Are you being obvious with your loved ones?
Are you being obvious to yourself?
Is the content that you share with people, work, and networking just… obvious?
You know the answer. You also know what you need to do! Your heart knows.
Remember: do not be obvious!
Also, if one day you think my content is obvious, please reply to the email and tell me. I am here to serve you, and feedback is important!
I wait for you in our free course on 23rd March. :)

Here is one thing I've enjoyed in the past few days:
I am really considering to become a yoga teacher. My body has a lot of physical limitations, and I am doing more yoga to heal it. But what I really like in yoga is the mind and subtle part of consciousness. I want to teach this, which is similar to soft skills.
At the moment, I am reading a book from a seminar ministered by Carl Jung:
The Psychology of Kundalini Yoga: Notes of the Seminar Given in 1932
by C. G. Jung (Author), Sonu Shamdasani (Editor).
This book is bringing me deep knowledge about personal development. For those who do not know who Jung was, he is a reference to psychology in the world we live in today. He was a reference for many people and has done great work on symbols and archetypes.
He is not the first to study in the East and bring psychology knowledge from yoga and other Eastern traditions to the West. Another example of someone who did something similar was Daniel Goleman. He studied meditation on Eastern traditions and created the theory of Emotional Intelligence.
