You are not going to be successful if...
You need to take care of some parts of your life to succeed.
I have already written about how hard life abroad is. Imagine you have to find a new place to live in a different place, different culture and language… It’s been almost five years in Canada, and I will have to move again. I was forced to find a new place to live in the last few days.
So today, I want to bring something to you:
You need to organize your life to have success.
This movement impacted my life. My landlord just said that I have to leave the place I used to love to live. In a few days, I found a place quickly because this was my sixth time doing this in Montreal. I am kind of an expert in finding places now! :)
Now, let us consider that I have a job to do and at the same time that I have to solve problems in my job, I also have to solve the problem of finding a place to live! This impacts my career, and consequently, it impacts my life overall.
The concept of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs tells us that physiology is the basis of our safety, and safety is the basis of love/belonging, and it goes on, as you can see in the picture. (If you cannot see, I recommend studying this concept to complement this post, as the image I am sharing is a complete image to illustrate the idea).
You are not going to be successful if...
You need to take care of some parts of your life to succeed. You need to fix the issues on the basis of YOUR life to have a life of success. How can you have success at your job if you are suffering with a place to live? You are wasting energy and time on something that should be basic, and at the same time, you do not have that energy anymore to focus on your work. This is just one example; you can have many problems in your life that affect your work, your relationships, etc.
So what do You have to do?
Use the Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
Identify which areas of your life you want to improve.
Identify what is the basis of the area you want to improve.
Identify which basis is affecting your life the most.
Focus on the ones that most impact your life, probably those that affect you and block you from getting what you want.
This tool is another of the many that I share in this newsletter. Every time you use the tools, you have more options and are more flexible in your life. And by doing this, you create more consciousness. Knowing your problems is the first step to solving them. And to solve? Your brain is the most powerful machine you can use to solve problems. The brain is so smart that you just need to tell your own brain that you want to solve a problem, and it will find HOW naturally.
But pay attention here: if you do not know that you have a problem, the brain will not focus on how to solve it because it does not know that a problem exists.
My secret mission is to help people elevate their consciousness while I do the same with mine. But let us keep the secret here: I do not tell this to everyone. Sometimes, I try to share the content of “soft skills,” but the main goal is to create more consciousness in our world. This is how we change the world!
I hope you use this pyramid! :)
In case you missed last week's announcement, I shared about a FREE LIVE COURSE:
So here it is: I will offer a FREE CLASS of Soft Skills in Portuguese for the people who are subscribed to Tech & Accent! All you need to do is reply to this email, and you will be included in the free class.
In case you answer, and I do not answer back, some people told me on other platforms that they answered, but I did not answer them. If this is your case, please find me on another platform to make sure I receive your inscription :)
The course is on 24th March 2024 from 2 pm to 4 pm Brasilia Time. I am doing this by heart; I really don’t want to receive anything back. This is not part of any sales strategy; it is just an intuitive strategy that came from my heart to help the 526 people in this newsletter who are walking the same path I am.

Here is one thing I've enjoyed in the past few days:
I watched the series Avatar: The Last Airbender on Netflix. I loved it.
Especially because I always see life as the four elements! Have you ever thought that everything in life resumes to those four elements? When I am in the Ocean, I always feel the Wind, the Sun(fire), The Water, and the Earth(sand)!
